Mimi Kalinda
Mimi Kalinda is the founder and CEO of Storytelling & Leadership (S&L), leveraging over 27 years of global communications experience to enhance leadership through storytelling. She co-founded Africa Communications Media Group (ACG) and has worked with major clients like MTN Group and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, establishing herself as a master strategist.
At S&L, Mimi empowers leaders with storytelling skills through workshops, digital tools, and coaching, impacting clients such as Absa Bank and LinkedIn. She is also an adjunct professor at IE University and has been recognized as Africa Best PR Leader of 2022. Mimi holds a cum laude degree in Media Studies from NYU and is the author of Echoes of Influence: Harnessing The Power of Storytelling As A Leadership Strategy.

Ellen Wang
Ellen Wang has worked as a Research Analyst and an Assistant Program Director. The last 6 years, Ellen has primarily worked in the consulting and startup industries.
She serves as the Senior Operations Manager at S&L, where she plays a crucial role in running the operations and projects at the organization. On the Erasmus Mundus-EU Scholarship, Ellen holds an MSc in Transport Economics from the University of Antwerp and has earned certificates in Google Professional Workspace Administrator, Project Management, Education, and Instructional Design.
